Utilities:
Domestic water is sub-metered to each unit; each tenant pays for what it uses. Trash service and landscape/common area maintenance is provided by the landlord.

Parking:
There is no assigned parking. A limited number of parking spaces are available (for an added fee) for tenants on a first – come first serve basis upon execution of lease.
Pets:
Dogs are allowed (on a case-by-case basis) with a pet deposit upon execution of lease. Additional information about the pet may be required.
Laundry:
There is a laundry facility onsite for the tenants to use. The individual units do not have washer/dryers inside and also do not have hook ups.
